*When you make
a reservation we require a one night deposit, which can be taken
against your credit card of choice. If you have to cancel, we will
promptly refund the deposit, unless it is not done within the
cancellation period defined below.
We have a 14
day cancellation policy, with the exception of special events such as
Gay Pride or Leather Pride, and others which will be explained when
you make your reservation. These special events require a 30 day
cancellation. In the event that you cancel less than 14 days or 30
days for special events, we will not refund your deposit.
All rates
subject to change without notice and rates may be different for
special events and holidays.
